Bihar Police Constable PET 2025 Details (Physical Efficiency Tests)

Candidates qualified in the written test will be called for Physical Endurance Test which consists of the following activities

Running For Male candidates:

  • Less than 5 minutes – 50 marks
  • 5 to 5.20 minutes – 40 marks
  • 5.20 to 5.40 minutes – 30 marks
  • 5.40 to 6 minutes – 20 marks

Running For Female Candidates:

  • Less than 4 minutes – 50 marks
  • 4 to 4.20 minutes – 40 marks
  • 4.20 to 4.40 minutes – 30 marks
  • 4.40 to 5 minutes – 20 marks
  • Shot Put For Man & Women
    Men: 9-25 points from 16-20 feet
  • Women: 9-25 points from 11-16 feet

  • Long Jump

  • Male: 13-25 points up to 4-5 feet

  • Female: 13-25 points up to 3-4 feet

Tips For Student to Prepared the PET Test

  • While running, increase the pace gradually, do not speed up suddenly.
  • In long jump, focus on the combination of run-up + jump.
  • While throwing shot put, do hip and shoulder rotation along with the hands.
  • Drink plenty of water and eat protein rich food.
